wE LOVE Beacon rock! Even better to share it with our family and some unexpected and much welcomed guests....Lindsay and UnCle SaM! They came into town for a visit and all
of us INCLUDING GRANDMA made the treck up beacon rock. What a view from the top. Even Ty thought it was pretty exciting!
The trail up the mountain is not too steep but it is high up and Corbyn is...well...Corbyn. a little clumsy if you will. So someone held his hand constantly so that we would still be able to tuck him in later that night.
With that free hand he managed to get a hold of some poinson ivy which he plastered Travis and Papa Terry with. So sorry you two. That is some miserable stuff. I guess the first time you encounter it you don't break out into itchy rashes....like a pass go and collect $200 dollars type thing. So

We love Beacon Rock. I had a little panic attack, but we all made it. Have you been to Saddle Ridge? If not, you need to do that one..

I've never heard of Beacon Rock--but your pictures make me miss Oregon sooooo much! Sounds like you are all having a lot of fun. Ty is getting so big! What a cutie.
